Howdy! My name is Madelyn Rayburg and I am your Co-Head Coach! I have had many years of swimming experience. I joined AAAA in 3rd grade and continued through high school. I also swam varsity at O'Connor all 4 years. I attended Texas A&M College Station (WHOOP!), but came back in the summers to coach at Hunters Chase and give swim lessons. I graduated in May of 2022 with my Bachelor of Science in Education and am now a math teacher and was formerly the water polo and swimming coach at O'Connor. I love being on deck, and I am super excited to be coaching this team. I can't wait to see what this summer holds. Go Barracudas!

Hello Barracudas! My name is Coach Paul, and I am super excited to join the coaching staff this summer! I did summer league groing up, and I am thrilled to be able to come back full circle and coach.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, and swam for Clark High School for all four years. I decided to continue my swimming journey at the University of the Incarnate Word and swam there all four years while getting my teaching certification. I am currently one of the aquatics coaches at Sotomayor High School and have been there since 2022. 

I'm super excited to start coaching and can't wait to meet everyone!

Our junior coaches are high school swimmers who help our younger Barracudas in the water and on deck. For 2026, our junior coaches are: Alister, Aly, Frankie, Gemma, Jude, Mason, Olivia, Paul, Persey, and Jackson.
