    Monday's Meet

    Monday is MEET #2!  This is our first home meet of the season and we love home meets!  Here is some important info. for Monday:

    (first of all, remember that morning practices start tomorrow - Friday.)

    1.  Bring chairs to set up on Monday morning.  You may not use BSW pool chairs.  There are certain spaces where we can set up chairs, you should know from previous seasons - first 2 sections in stands as we come the gate the next 2 sections are for visiting team.  Make sure you are not setting your chair in the designated space for the visiting team (or understand that you will be kindly relocated to make space for the team we are hosting.)  We must keep the porch clear.  

    2.  If you are on the set up team, please be at Monday morning set up at 9am.

    3.  Please be aware of your volunteer jobs.  You need to make sure that you are where you need to be when you need to be there.  If you do not show up for your job, then someone else has to do their job + yours.  

    4.  Check-in will begin at 4:15 pm outside the gate that we enter for swim practice.  (Overflow parking will be at BSE.)  Swimmers need to be in their tents no later than 4:30 getting marked.  4:45 is our warm up.  Meet begins at 6p.

    5.  We will be selling concessions at this meet.  Please bring small bills for purchase.

    6.  Remember sunscreen and lots of water for the kids under our tents.  It is very hot until the sun goes down.

    7.  Remember that we are hosts for this meet, so let's all work together to welcome the other team and let's also work together to take care of our pool area and clean it up when we are done.  This helps so much when we host.
