Tuesday is meet #3, can you believe it?!

Here are a few important items to know:

1.  Pool Location - 9700 Mustang Gate, San Antonio, TX 78254, USA — Directions

2.  Do not block driveways or park in fire lanes.   There is an elementary school down the street you can park at and walk.

3.  Seating - there is a large shade structure near the baby pool.  Our spectators will sit here.  BRING CHAIRS.

4.  WARM UP is at 5:20.  Swimmers need to be in their tents ready by 5pm getting marked.  Check-in will start at 4:45.  We need all swimmers and volunteers to make sure and check in.  We will have a check-in table near our swimmer tents.

5.  Concessions - They will have Bush's chicken sandwiches and iced tea, waters, sodas, gatorade, chips, pickles, candy etc. and Nothing Bundt Cake and Nestle Toll House Cafe Cookies for sale. Also the Kona Ice truck will be there. (NO ice chests will be allowed and this will be strictly enforced!!!)  Concessions are cash only.

6.  There are 8 lanes at this pool.  It will be a fast and furious meet.  We need parents to help us by making sure your children stay in/near their tents.  If your children leave, sit with you, it is very difficult for our line up parents.  Ultimately you are responsible for making sure your children make their events if they are not in the tents when they need to be.  

7.  Please remember that this is summer swim.  It is fun for our swimmers and our families.  We need to make sure that we all keep neighborly attitudes and treat one another with respect.  We are an example to our children and all around us.  Understand that we are all volunteers and are all trying our best.  We need to remember that above all we are neighbors, our kids are friends and we set the example for them of how to live and work together in community.  We will not allow mistreatment of one another, whether children or adults, on our team, so please be mindful and enjoy.

8.  We will have regular practice on Monday and no practice on Tuesday.  (However, we will load for the meet at 11a on Tuesday if you are on that team.)  If all goes according to plan, ribbons should be ready by Wednesday.
