Parents, 

It is now time to start rsvping for Meet #4 AND Champs (divisionals meet).  Both of these rsvps must happen during the same time period.  

• Meet # 4 RSVP is due no later than 8am this Wednesday the 20th.
• CHAMPS (divisional meet) RSVP is due no later than 8am on the 22nd.  No exceptions.
  • Our CHAMPS meet is Sunday afternoon, July 1.  It is vital that we have as much participation as possible in this meet.  They have moved us up a division because of our enrollment, therefore, in order to compete well we must have the most participation possible.  Please make plans to attend this meet.  
  • The meet is at PALO ALTO NATATORIUM.Map It will start around 1p with our arrival between 11:30 and noon.  More info. on that closer to the date.
  • We need all parents to look at our volunteer list for CHAMPS and choose a spot.  This is not included in your regular season volunteer requirements, we need parents to step up to these spots.  The league requires us to fill these volunteer spots at CHAMPS in order to participate.
  • Please notice when signing up to volunteer that there are 2 age group pools.  You may try to sign up for the pool in which your child swims most often, although relays will be in the older pool.  Most jobs are for the entire meet.  However, this meet moves very quickly.
• CHAMPS t-shirts are available for sale through this Tuesday night at midnight.  No late orders are possible.  There is a link on our team homepage to order CHAMPS t-shirts for $12 each.  homepage Shirts will be delivered to practice the week before CHAMPS.
