Tonight, regular practice, Hour of pour option I emailed out a few days ago for anyone starting at 6, @ NISD 1604 pool.  

Warm ups tomorrow @ Sonterra CC, 7:30, arrive early.  

We are flipping usual warm up rotation to allow parents time to mark events on younger swimmers, you can even do it tonight! jpgs attached E=event# H=heat# L=lane#

Warm up schedule: 13& up 7:30, 11-12  7:40,  stroke 7-10 7:50, new 7-10 8, 6 & under 8:10.  

Meet starts @ 8:30
