1. We are working on setting up a meet for June 27th. We will get that information sent out as soon as the meet is confirmed.

2. Bring cash if you want to purchase food and drinks. Inside the clubhouse, we will be selling pizza, hot dogs, nachos, chips, candy, soda, Gatorade, and bottled water. It is one dollar per item and there is a $10 dollar debit card minimum.

3. Practices on home meet days are from 8-9am. It is 15 min practice per practice group.
Barracuda warmup for swim meet is from 4:30-5:00. All younger swimmers will swim from 4:30-4:45. Older swimmers from 4:45-5:00.

4. There will be a swimmer and volunteer check in station. It is important to sign in so coaches can make adjustments to relays if a swimmer wasn’t able to make it to the meet.

This is also were your swimmer can get their swim cap if they did not get theirs at Monday's morning practice.

5. Away team warms up from 5:00-5:30. 

6. Swimmers will sit with parents. Parents need to bring their children to the lineup benches five heats before your swimmer’s heat.

7. It is helpful to the lineup parent volunteers if you will write your child’s last name on their shoulder and there events on their arm with permanent marker.

8. Heat Sheets can be found in the Swimtopia App. If you have not done so download and enter your same login information from Swimtopia.com. If you want real time updates, you can pay for the Pro Version. The Pro Version will send notifications/reminders for when your swimmer is about to swim and gives the times of all swimmers not just your swimmer.

9.. We will not be setting up chairs inside the pool area. The bleachers are reserved for families to come and go as they watch their swimmer.

10. The away team will set up on the playground/basketball side and we will set up on the tennis court side.

11. Kona Ice will be selling snow cones in the parking lot.
