Thanks for all the help with the meets. Two down three to go!

Our next meet will run a little differently. Instead of kids sitting with their family, we will group kids by age. When you arrive instead of checking in at the table, you will bring your child to their age tent. The kids will stay under their tent until they have finished all their events. There will be a boys and a girls tent parent for each age and if the kids need to go somewhere (Bathroom, go to concessions, etc.) they will need to let their tent parent know. This should help alleviate the burden on the line up volunteers.

Please provide your child with a towel to sit on and a towel to dry off with, games to play with friends, and a personal cooler of snacks and drinks.
