School is out and it is officially summer! Tomorrow we transition to morning practices. Review your group's start times here.

Our first meet is on Monday, and there are a few things you need to know. 

• If you have not RSVPed for the meet, log in to the app or website and do so by Sunday at noon, otherwise Coach will not be able to assign your kid to races.
• Instead of regular morning practice, there's an optional 15 minute per group diving block practice on Monday. Find your group's time here. There is no pre-team practice Monday.
• The homeowners association has let us know that we will not be allowed to place lawn or camp chairs on the new artificial turf on the stairs; we can only use stadium seats. This is a big change so please help us spread the word. As always, you can set up your chairs outside the gates.
• Warm ups before the meet are 4:30-4:45 pm for the Green and Blue Barracudas and 4:45-5 for the 6 and Unders and the 11 and Olders.
• Please plan to arrive by at least 4:15 pm to allow time to park (you can park at the pool or at the elementary school) and to situate your kid in the team tent.
• Tent parents will try to arrive early enough to greet you and help you check in your kid at the tent. (Please be patient; all volunteers are juggling their own kids too.) Kids need to stay in the tent unless a parent comes to check them out. A tent parent will accompany kids 6-8 years old who need to use the restrooms, and kids 9 and older can go to the restrooms on their own after checking out with the tent parent.
• Before you check your kid into the tent, please help them apply sunscreen, adjust their googles, and mark their arm with their races (Bring a marker. We'll send an alert when the heat sheet is ready. Instructions for marking are here.) 
• Volunteers need to check in with Volunteer Coordinator Kate Coleman at the table near our team tent.
