Dear Barracuda Parent,

You are receiving this email because 1 or more of your swimmers has qualified to swim in ALL STARS.  The ALL STAR meet is this Thursday evening at 6pm at Palo Alto (same place as CHAMPS.)  See attachments for swimmers and events they are swimming.  Heat Sheet also attached (there will be changes I am sure).  

ALL STARS will practice tomorrow (TUESDAY) morning from 9-10am.  This is their only practice time.

I need each  family to respond to me by email or text telling me the name of your swimmer and YES or NO they will or will not be participating.  It is not easy to replace relay swimmers for ALL STARS so please make every effort to attend.  I need your email or text RSVP with swimmer name by Tuesday night please.  Respond to this email or text 210.996.0130

Here is some important info. on ALL STARS:

We will not have line up parents.  You will be responsible for lining up your swimmer.

Warm-ups: using both pools at 5 – 5:30 pm. 11-18 year old swimmers warm-up in OLDER POOL with block 10 and Under swimmers in the YOUNGER POOL without blocks MEET BEGINS 6 P.M.  You may not come in before 4:30.  Please plan on traffic.

Concessions: KHILL BARBECUE & MAUI WOWI 

All Star Items: SOLD IN ADVANCE BY EMAILING: [email protected] with shirt size and other items wanted. PAY CASH OR CHECK ONLY & PICK UP AT THE MEET FROM DONNA WITT (front hallway selling meet programs for those who did not print)
